Our Commitment to amfori BSCI

CHASIN’ is a proud member of amfori BSCI, a globally recognized initiative that enhances human rights due diligence and protects workers' rights throughout supply chains. The BSCI Code of Conduct aligns with international standards such as the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ILO Conventions. It promotes continuous improvement, transparency, and ethical business practices through social audits across 13 performance areas. Our Code of Conduct is based on the latest BSCI standards. All Tier 1 suppliers have been audited, primarily through BSCI. For facilities without audits, onboarding begins with a BSCI self-assessment. We also accept SMETA, SA8000, ICS, and WRAP audits.

Key BSCI Principles

  • Fair Treatment & Protection – No discrimination, violence, harassment, or child labor. Special protection for young workers.
  • Workers’ Rights – Freedom of association, collective bargaining, fair wages, and decent working hours.
  • Safe & Ethical Workplaces – Occupational health and safety, no forced labor, and responsible recruitment.
  • Environmental & Ethical Standards – Protection of natural resources, ethical business conduct, and anti-corruption policies.

Implementation & Monitoring

Signatories commit to cascading these principles throughout their supply chains, ensuring compliance via audits and the amfori Sustainability.
