Business Conduct
Responsibility is built into the way we do business. we are committed to following all laws and rules related to human rights and environmental protection. We also follow the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. In 2023, CHASIN’ introduced a new Code of Conduct (CoC), which all our main product manufacturers have signed. This CoC sets ethical standards for how we do business and is a key part of our purchasing decisions. Our business partners must follow this code to ensure strong and lasting relationships with us.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with businesses that align with our values, regularly monitoring compliance through audits and visits, and working with external partners to address and improve any issue identified.

Open Supply Hub
To ensure transparency, we disclose our supplier list on Open Supply Hub. This list includes our direct CMT suppliers responsible for final product manufacturing. By July 2024, we completed mapping Tier 1 until Tier 3, which covers suppliers up to our raw material processing suppliers.
CHASIN’ is committed to transparency by updating the production list on Open Supply Hub annually, keeping our customers and other stakeholders informed with the latest information.

Transparency Pledge
The Transparency Pledge showcases apparel and footwear companies' commitment to greater transparency in their manufacturing supply chains. Enhanced supply chain transparency allows companies to work with civil society to identify, assess, and prevent actual or potential human rights impacts, strengthening human rights due diligence.
In line with the Pledge, CHASIN’ has enhanced the key steps In 2022. Find out more about this initiative via https://transparencypledge.org/.

Due Diligence
Throughout 2024 and early 2025, we have updated our Due Diligence Country Risk Reports for every country where CHASIN’ products are made. We are also creating new Risk Reports for potential production countries. These reports analyze current and potential risks, including human rights, labour standards, environmental issues, and corruption.
While JOG Group has a Code of Conduct (CoC) that we ask to be distributed through our supply chain, we recognize that standards may not always be upheld further down the chain. Therefore, it is crucial to buy certified materials with a complete chain of custody and to map our entire supply chain up to the raw materials.
