At CHASIN’, leather accounts for a limited share, compared to the other materials used in our collections. Leather is used for our leather belts, denim trimmings and our collection of leather jackets.

The Leather Working Group is a non-profit organisation that is responsible for the world’s leading environmental certifications for the leather processing industry. As a multi-stakeholder group, LWG has more than 1,300 members from across the leather supply chain.

All our leather garment suppliers partner with the Leather Working Group. This way, CHASIN’ can secure that the leather used in our garments will only come from tanneries that are themselves members of the Leather Working Group or a comparable alternative that has policies in place that ensure supply chain transparency, farm-to-fork and animal welfare.
